QPOS® Individual Advantage Health Benefits and Health Insurance Plan

QPOS gives you the freedom to choose any licensed doctor or hospital each time you need a covered service, with or without a referral. Whether you prefer the guidance of your primary care physician (PCP), or the freedom to go directly to another health care provider, the choice is always yours.

Healthy New York Plan

The Health Care Reform Act of 2000 introduced "Healthy New York", a program that promotes and provides affordable insurance coverage to eligible small businesses not currently offering health insurance coverage to their employees. The program is also available to eligible uninsured individuals and sole proprietors.
